RETURNS & REFUNDS
Orders are processed with care and handled with intention. Because of the nature of our products, all sales are final unless otherwise noted.
We do not accept returns for reasons such as sizing preference, change of mind, or normal wear once an item has been worn or washed.
That said, we stand behind the quality of what we send.
DAMAGES, DEFECTS & ORDER ISSUES
Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us within 7 days of delivery if:
Your item arrives damaged or defective.
You receive the wrong item.
If an issue is verified, we will evaluate the situation and make it right through a replacement or refund, at our discretion.

Please include your order number and clear photos if applicable.
ELIGIBLE RETURNS (IF APPLICABLE)
If a return is explicitly approved by us:
Items must be unworn, unused, with tags attached, and in original packaging.
Proof of purchase is required.
Items sent back without prior approval will not be accepted.
Return instructions and, if applicable, a return shipping label will be provided once a request is approved.
EXCHANGES
We do not offer direct exchanges.
If a return is approved and accepted, the fastest way to receive a new item is to place a separate order once the original return is completed.
SALE ITEMS & GIFT CARDS
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns or refunds on:
Sale or discounted items
Gift cards
REFUNDS (IF APPROVED)
Once an approved return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the outcome.
If approved:
Refunds are issued to the original payment method.
Please allow up to 10 business days for processing.
Your bank or credit card provider may take additional time to post the refund.

EUROPEAN UNION – 3-DAY COOLING-OFF PERIOD
If merchandise is shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 3 days of delivery, for any reason and without justification.
Returned items must be in the same condition as received: unworn, unused, with tags, and in original packaging. Proof of purchase is required.
